Jack D. Clock has his G.R.I. and R.M. designations and has been appraising for 30 years. He does farm, land and
residential appraisals. He also does work for lenders and estates. Jack is the ONLY certified appraiser in Larned. Jack's
education includes completion of courses sponsored by American Banking Institute of commercial law and negotiable instruments,
completion of courses by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at Universitys of Missouri, California and Indiana
and he is a graduate of Realtors Institute, University of Wichita. Jack's general experience includes thirty years in real
estate brokerage, management and appraising, appraisal of commercial properties, homes, farmland and ranches in Kansas,
Oklahoma, Texas and Illinois, as well as ten years experience in residential construction and development. Jack's list of
clients includes Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Company, Veterans Administration, Farmers Home Administration, State of Kansas
Highway Department, Federal Deposit Insurance Company and numerous banks, attorneys and courts.
